Critique

The Pleasure Ball is a great vibrator for a couple of reasons. It hardly looks like a vibrator, thus making it discreet (you avoid someone discovering your pleasurable little secret); also, it is a toy that would be very easy to introduce to a couple’s play. It’s simple shape offers a no-fuss, non-phallic sexual experience for times when you don’t feel like masturbating with toys that have bunny ears or swimming dolphins.

It’s great for solo and fantastic for couples: you can start with a full body massage by rolling it all over your partner’s or your own body. You can move on to titillate the erogenous zones and finally hone in on the vagina. It feels really good when you hold it firmly in your hand and gently drag the sphere around your genital region: each side of the ball provides a different sensation.

I think that the intensity of the vibe might be too weak for some users, but holding the plastic side of the Pleasure Ball firmly against your clitoris certainly improves the strength. I was happy to see that my Pleasure Ball held up in the bathtub and didn’t allow any water into the inner chamber.

I enjoyed this product as a massager, albeit a weaker one, and it was useful even when it wasn’t turned on. Try using it on yourself or your partner by rolling it up and down the body in a similar motion to rolling dough with a rolling pin. You can also roll it around your palm against your partner’s skin or even try a twisting motion while putting a bit of weight into it. Stand with your Pleasure Ball between your back and a wall and squat down slowly to allow it to roll up and down your back. You’ll have fun experimenting, as I did!

Final Thoughts

The Pleasure Ball facilitated a very arousing clitoral experience and I was happy that it was reasonably priced. I also appreciate that you can easily integrate this into couple’s play and improve the overall sensuality of your experience because of all the massaging going on.
