If being practical isn't your thing, the Head Stand position might be right up your alley. A tough position to hold for men who have not yet mastered the art of balancing upside down, you'll probably want to start out against a wall to lean against before attempting it out in the open. This position can be a little bit dangerous, so we highly recommend placing some cushions, or a beanbag chair, in the drop zone behind the man to reduce the impact of a falling dismount.
