Rodina Věšák je Trakař otočený o 180 a liší se tím, že žena je obličejem nahoru... a patří k nejobtížnějším polohám vůbec. Protože má žena ruce za sebou, je těžké v poloze vydržet delší dobu a pevně ji držet v pase může být ošemetné, jakmile začne být horko a všechno se zpotí.

Důrazně doporučujeme nepouštět se do toho hned naplno a dát pod ženu polštáře nebo sedáky z gauče, které ztlumí případná neplánovaná přistání. Je to jedna z nejobtížnějších rodin poloh, proto doporučujeme postupovat opatrně, pokud nejsi v dobré fyzické kondici.

Hanger Hanger Sex Position At the head of the Hanger family variation, the standard variation features the woman's legs in an upright position, cradling the man's neck / head to keep balance. Not the most natural position to get into, we've found it easiest to start out with the woman lying on the edge of the bed to get the basic alignment, then rotating her upper body until she can reach down and plant her hands on the floor. If the height difference proves to be extra challenging, you may find it more enjoyable for the woman to plant her hands on an elevated surface, like an ottoman... just make sure it is very stable. Lazy Hanger Lazy Hanger Sex Position In the Lazy variation of the Hanger, the woman's legs hang loosely around the man's hips. This tends to have a counter-balancing effect for women, though it can be a little trickier for men to keep a good grip. We recommend for the man to bend his knees as much as he can comfortably, so that the woman can rest as much of her lower body weight as possible on the man's thighs, and reduce the strain on his upper body. Mixed Hanger Mixed Hanger Sex Position Once you master the other forms of Hanger, you'll be ready to try out all of the Mixed variations! Potentially much more challenging to balance, additional caution is advised to avoid injury. We recommend exploring the range of options by using the variation you feel most comfortable in as a starting point, and spreading outward from there. With the high difficulty rating of this family, combining a Tilt + Wrap might not be the best starting point for most people, and feel free to post any interesting experiences in the comments below! Tilted Hanger Tilted Hanger Sex Position In the Tilted variant of the Hanger, both of the woman's legs are positioned on the same side of the man's body. Although a subtle difference, the clearance on one side of the man's body provides the opportunity to get more creative with the angle of penetration, though it can make balancing much tougher. Given the tougher balance, we would like to remind you to pad your floor and to use extra caution with this one until you get a better handle on your limits. Ovinutý Věšák Sexuální poloha Ovinutý Věšák Varianta Ovinutý Věšák patří k nejbezpečnějším podobám Věšáku, samozřejmě relativně řečeno, a pro většinu párů je nejspíš nejlepším místem, kde s touto rodinou začít. Nohy ovinuté kolem muže mají řadu výhod: zvětšují kontakt kůže na kůži, berou na sebe velkou část zátěže, dodávají stabilitu a umožňují ženě stiskem nohou pomáhat řídit tempo a hloubku. Stejně jako u varianty Líný Věšák doporučujeme opřít ženiny nohy o horní část mužových stehen a co nejvíc tak snížit zátěž horní poloviny těla.
