Poziția Roaba
Taxonomie
Anteriorul

Wheelbarrow Wheelbarrow Sex Position The head of the Wheelbarrow family is one of the toughest of the bunch, and might not be the best to start with if you have any doubts about your strength and endurance. For those who are capable, we recommend for the woman to get into a downward dog yoga position, with the man approaching from behind. Once there, he should wrap his hands around her thighs, and then lift her legs into position. Some may prefer to 'dock' (penetrate) before lifting the legs, as once in position, there isn't a hand left to assist for aiming, and for related reasons, it's generally best to keep the strokes a little shorter, as slipping out can be more difficult to fix when airborne. Extreme height differences can be overcome with anything from couch cushions to stairs, but the latter is much less friendly to a crash landing. If you're going to try out something like a chair, make sure it is very stable before taking a chance on it! Kneeling Wheelbarrow Kneeling Wheelbarrow Sex Position Bringing Wheelbarrow to a lower altitude, the kneeling variation offers much safer conditions to test out the pleasures of this family, and a little less strength needed! To get into the position, we recommend starting with doggy, and then lifting the woman's legs into position, though you may find starting out in the supported variation and moving the support platform out of the way to be a little easier. Unlike the standing variation, you don't have to lift both legs at once, giving you the opportunity to penetrate with only one leg raised, which also happens to make slipping out a little easier to deal with. On the downside, the position places a lot more weight on the man's knees, so you may want to use some pillows to help soften the ground a little. Supported Kneeling Wheelbarrow Supported Kneeling Wheelbarrow Sex Position Featuring the greatest ease, comfort, and safety of the Wheelbarrow family, the Supported Kneeling variation is a great way to find out if you enjoy the penetration angle enough to explore deeper. However, the high safety rating comes from using a very stable platform, like an ottoman or a couch. If you were to use a bar stool, things could quickly come crashing down, so be mindful! Like the standard Kneeling variation, you have the option of lifting both legs at once, or one at a time, and the option to penetrate before, during, or after lifting, and the man may want to consider pillows under his knees. The platform takes most of the strain off of the woman and lightens the load for the man, while also offering the woman a little more control over the angle. We recommend for her to experiment with arching her back for optimal pleasure. Sitting Wheelbarrow Sitting Wheelbarrow Sex Position The Sitting variation of the Wheelbarrow position is a lot more friendly to those who prefer to travel down the easier path, as it alleviates all of the heavy lifting... However, the reduced physical strain comes at the cost of quite a bit of mobility. Since it can be much more difficult to get full penetration distance from a sitting position, we recommend some pillows under the man's rear to help increase his range, and to transition into a standing variation when your stamina allows for it. Supported Wheelbarrow Supported Wheelbarrow Sex Position The Supported variation of the Wheelbarrow is a great way to experience the full altitude of this sex position family without anywhere near as much effort, and with a lot less danger. However, it being safer assumes you are using a very stable platform for support... things that rock, slide, or roll could be substantially more dangerous. The support also offers a great way to build up to the standard variation. Just choose a shorter support platform as you go until you're ready for the real deal.

this is a really fun position for me and my man. there have been a couple times when my arms got tired and i rested my upper body on a bunch of pillows, and once just on an ottoman type thing, while he kept going :P. we both love this position, told me it makes him feel powerful and plus he can go really deep
