OP: Vitamin C safe with the Pill?
Will taking vitamin C pills or regular vitamin pills affect my birth control pills effectiveness?

Vitamin C will not affect the pill; regular "one each day" supplements are generally safe but I recommend taking anything with Vitamin E 12 hours away from the pill. If you take your contraception at night, take your vitamin in the morning. Those who megadose Vitamin E, run a risk but the amount in daily vitamin pills is likely safe.
Sera's advice is the best with any dietary supplement - check with your prescriber or chemist.
