Wanting to please her
I want to go down on my wife but worried about taste and smell. I don't want to embarrass her to where she would avoid oral sex altogether but how can I do this so that both of us can enjoy it? Are there any products out there that can help (for instance we have flavored condoms for women to go down on men)?

Without talking about it, the easiest method would be to take a shower together, you can start in the shower and keep going afterwards. Alternatively, you can wait until she has a shower, then go down.
If her taste/smell is a problem to you, then bringing it up once in a polite way is likely going to be a lot easier than trying to mask it every time... although there are flavored lubes out there (link below), some can trigger UTI's in women... and she'll likely be much more upset that you were doing something secretive instead of being open with her.
