If the shaft has a gentle curve in any direction then this is normal.

If, however, it has a sharp bend then this could be a condition known as Peyronie's Disease.

OK, guys. I do not have one of those things but have learned a bit over the years. Jacking off will not bend your penis. Nor will it make you go blind, grow hair on your pams or become sterile.

That little dangly thing between your legs is merely a casing in which there are two ballon shaped sacs - one on each side of the penis. When you become aroused, a little valve on each sac allows blood to flow. Actually, it reduces the blood flowing out so normal circulation puts more blood in your pecker than is draining out. The result is called an erection. A major cause of erectile dysfunction is that the two little valves do not work properly. All three ED meds on the market simply help this valve seal the blood in.

Because none of us is bilaterally perfect (our two sides are different; the two sides of your face, two arms, two breasts on women) the two ballons are shaped differently and when one side is more "inflated" than the other, you get a curve.

Peyronie's disease is BELIEVED to result from some pressure (rough sex or other bending when erect) that damages one or the other sac. It is first noticeable around age 40 though the damage may have been done years before.

Believe me, in my personal and professional life I have seen erections flat against the tummy and pointing at the floor; hooking left in a big arc and point right as straight as can be. If it functions, it is OK.
