As I mentioned above in the introduction, we were in a bad car accident years back, well 14 years ago to be exact. I am on some pretty strong pain medication, and am wondering if medicines can do things to sperm, We had wonderful sex in the last month when we found our way back to one another... During making love, I climax very hard but do not cum... So as I said above, can medicines especially opioids dry up sperm? @grumpygrump. Make sure your body is in as good a condition as you can. drink plenty of water. Check your vitamins and iron with a blood test, and adjust diet if necessary.
