Do y'all share if so split the work an experience with those positions

Hey everyone. My partner and I are looking for some sex position recommendations. I'm a woman and he's a guy. Normally, I lay on my back with my legs in the air and he kneels between my legs and makes love to me like that. However, the main problem we have is that I tend to get muscle spasms in my left hip and sometimes in my lower back as well. I deal with chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia. So anyway, what other positions are out there that would be helpful for us? Also, what is the position that I described in this post known as? I tried to look it up but couldn't find it.

spoons is a good one if you have achey joints. its a very idle way of doing sex. Spice it up by using petroleum jelly for lube (but keep away from condoms.)
The bloke can reach round and play with the ladies clit while fucking. and also can rub his cock between labia before insertion. Also a good position for anal sex.

My wife and I get muscle cramps but mostly her in her legs when I or she is pleasing her with a vibrator. I found that stretching is good and have a good healthy diet including bananas. Works great for any workout.

For someone with fibromyalgia, muscle cramps and pain can occur in various positions, so it's important to choose a position that promotes comfort and relaxation.
Regarding suspended positions, a slightly inclined or supported position might be the most suitable. Here are some options:
Slightly Inclined Position: A position where the upper body is slightly elevated could help reduce pressure on the back and allow the muscles to relax.
Hanging Position with Support: A position where the legs are slightly elevated and the body is in a relaxed hanging posture could also be beneficial. This might reduce pressure on the joints and relieve muscle tension.
Half-Lying Position: A position where the person is partially lying down and partially hanging could provide a good balance between relaxation and support.
It's important for the person to listen to their body during the massage and adjust the position if they experience discomfort or pain. Close collaboration with an experienced therapist who is familiar with fibromyalgia can also be helpful in finding the best position.
