OP: Huge Improvement to Position Checklist System

I've rebuilt the checklist system to be a lot more user friendly...

It now uses React (a javascript library) and should be much more convenient to use (way less page reloads / losing your spot on the page.).

If anyone runs into any trouble, please let me know!
