Most likely what you are noticing are secretions...breast milk does not kick in for several days post birth...just after delivery, the body releases through the breasts colostrum.
As long as you are not inflicting pain & causing damage to the mammary ducts all should be fine...
Some women are tender & others find it a turn on...however, the true milk does not come in for some time post birth. Hence the reason docs do not want women to pump for some time & recommend breast feeding to assist with the child's immunity.
Based on non pregnant woman; some secrete fluids at different times during their cycle. Just be certain she has no residual pain, tenderness, redness, swelling, or inflammation after such "play".
