In a word: no. There are various potions and pills advertised, many with "testimonials," but none that have ever been shown by medical research to accomplish this. There are also advertised exercises for this. The problem with these is that the penis is not muscle that can be developed by resistance (weight) training. It is determined by two (actually three but one is minor) sacs that are filled with fibrous tissue that can fill with blood and give one an erection. The stretching exercises have a risk of damaging these structures. In those few tests that have shown increase in length, it disappears when the stretching stops. Nothing can be done for girth. Take a hint drom those dozens of threads on this topic: Women do not care as much as you do!
