OP: Migrane when having Orgasm?

This has only started happening recently and not everytime but its a lil scary.

Whenever i get my man off he doesnt really get to enjoy his orgasm because of an extreme migrane.
He explains it as being the most intense pressure migrane hes ever had and it takes over his whole head and it last for a few minutes.

ofcouse we have set a doctors appointment but I always like to do a little research of my own...

Has anybody ever heard of this or know of any reasons why this would happen? I'm worried

Migraine headaches and their often confused cousins, stress headaches, are each caused by circulatory anomalies. That is dilation and constriction of blood vessels affect the flow of blood to parts of the brain and that causes the headache. An orgasm, in either sex, really affects blood flow - everywhere. In the male there is the additional requirement that blood is pumped into the penis to keep it erect.

Men do report this problem usually lasting a very short time. They should be checked out and tell the doctor exactly what happens and whether or not there is any visual disturbance along with it. In most cases, they live it but if the headache is so severe that sex is not worth it, they should certainly be checked out.

Some men using the three common ED drugs report this.

I've had what it sounds like you're describing happen to me on a few occasions: a sudden-onset, very severe headache associated with orgasm. The good news is, so far as I was able to find out: though the headache itself isn't a lot of fun, at least it's not necessarily a sympton of something terrible, like an aneurysm or something (though there's a chance it is). More good news, from my experience (and what I could find out): the headache doesn't last very long, and it's generally not a chronic condition. I had it happen about, hmm, three of four times, I think? But it hasn't happened in probably four or five years.
