OP: Looking for "my" community

Physically I'm all man, thought very feminine and I know gay men used to do a thing called cruising, maybe they still do but in different ares, I'm not sure. The thing is, I want to experience the whole cruising thing but I'm not the typical gay man, I guess. I don't have much experience in the community and i don't feel comfortable in gay bars, but I would love to go some place where I can be as "sissy" as I want to be, but in a community of black people, because I'm am very attracted to black men.
Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated, i.e... places to go, best time to go and whether dressing the part of a sissy in public would be a good idea.
