Not sure how you would define a point of no return. However I feel we have better control and can stop at almost any point. A gf of mine was proposed to during sex, and she was just about there. Really, who proposes during sex? Bad timming for him, that ended the sex, she pushed him off her. So I guess it depends on what and who ends it.
