In my experience, once you get used to the feelings that come with gspot stimulation, you can tell the difference between having to pee and getting ready to cum. I have never felt like I was peeing when I came. It is hot, clear, sweet, and smells good, not like urine.

When you cum it does not feel like you are peeing. I always use the bathroom before any sex play. You may feel the urge to pee while you are getting fingered or having sex, but if you have just used the bathroom you are not going to pee on him. You just have to get used to the feeling. It does not stay that way. If you are lucky enough to cum you will not confuse it with peeing. Try to relax and let it happen.
