OP: Our boobs

So...I'm in a small boobage club. And while normally wouldn't be so self-consious, at this time it's driving me nuts. And I am ready to sort of do soemthing about it. Something natural. I am not going to get breast augmentation. Not willing to go that far. I am also not willing to do anything that would counteract the birthcontrol piull. And I do not know which excercises to do. So...if you have any tips, pointers or experiences, please share.

LEAVE THEM THE WAY THEY ARE!!!!!! I am a fan of the "small boobage", as is millions of other guys out there. My lady is a small B, and I wouldn't trade them for anything. I dated a girl once who was flat as plywood, had inplants and went to a 38DD. They were horrible. I touched them one time, they felt like rocks! I would take nothing over that anyday.......bottom line.....leave them NATURAL.

They will be natural. That is why I refuse to get implants. But what I'm talking is, you know how a skinny guy would go to a gym and workout to bulk up to look bigger. Thats what I'm trying to do to my boobage. So far the thing that I saw that would supposedly help is pushups. And I don't mind guy's views, so don't worry, I myself will not bite...much :D

You can use all the supplements you find, apply all the ointments, worship at all the boob shrines and your size will be about the same when you are done as they are right now.

Your best bet is to talk to a personal trainer on developing your pectoral muscles; yes, the ones that hold them up. Developing your upper body will make them perk up a bit and they will appear to be larger although the cup size will be the same.

Creative use of clothing, a bra and, perhaps, some inserts will be a better and safer approach than spending uselessly on things to consume or rub on.

This is just such a "fraught" topic for women that I have to reply.
I've seen plenty of other womens breasts in the dorm, in the gym, whatever.
Most are beautiful, though I will say some are not. I'm in the "big boob club" and I have always wanted to be one cup smaller. However, I am not willing to bleed for it, i.e. have surgery and the pain of recuperation. They are not as high and round as they used to be, but good posture and keeping absolutely flat abs makes them still look good (if I do say so myself!).

Don't disparage smaller breasts. They may stay firmer longer and survive childbearing/nursing in better shape. There is room enough in the universe to appreciate the individual beauty of all bodies. I would swap big breasts for pretty legs and small feet in a heartbeat.

Well said, Revirginated. I have never know a woman, including myself, who was completely satisfied with her breasts. It is better to work with what we have rather than want to something else.

Last year in the UK there were more referrals for breast reduction than for augmentation!

I've kind of given up for now. Although I outta start doing pushups.
I have never considered getting implants and never will.
This is not my biggest problem right now. I should even count myself lucky. My best friend from school has just found out that she has a stage 2 breast cancer, and it's the evasive type. So I outta just feel blessed that I have 2 healthy ones.

It's interesting that you brought this up. I took BCP's for about 5 yrs. The original reason for taking them wasn't sexual activity but extreme dysmenorrhea and PMS. Eventually, I decided I wasn't "active" enough to justify messing up my system so I quit taking them. My big breasts didn't get bigger but I experienced an all over weight gain during that time--about 20 lbs. It was actually better to be slender and fit with killer cramps and extreme mood swings than to be sluggish and hefty with moderate cramps and moods.

Honestly, I think all sizes are attractive. I mean, I'll silently whine about my own, but on everyone else it just seems they all have their proper bits.... being a B size myself, I kind of like being smallish, just because I can't imagine having anything bigger- it already hurts if I run around without a bra on. :P

Best thing to do, really, is to just learn to look at yourself and say you're content.

Well, other than making me motion-sick to the extreme, all of my side-effects of taking the pill have been pretty good. I was on RX for cramps, and they're practically unnoticeable with the pill. And my breasts have definitely gotten bigger...not that I needed them to, I was pretty content where they were. The important thing is that your boyfriend loves you and your breasts just the way you are, even if he is a "boob man" (so is my boyfriend :P).

i would form part of your 'small club' too :) i too noticed they got a bit bigger wen i went on the pill. one other thing you can try which seemed to make mine grow a bit is this exercise....i used to do it using a machine at the gym but you can easily do it at home. if you have weights use them if not just use a bottle of water/cans/ anything wit a bit of weight that you can hold in each hand.

hold one in each hand and hold your hands at a right angle to your body so they form an L shape.its a bit hard to explain....your arms are stretched straight at shoulder length but not fully....from your elbow downwards is at 90 degrees to your 'triceps' (hope you understand what i'm trying to say hehe!) then basically just open and close your arms. ( i like to sing this sing-a-long i heard once in a film while i'm doing them...." i must, i must, i must improve my bust)...its just a bit of motivation!!

hope i managed to explain myself.....if u didnt understand best not to try anything in case you do sthing wrong....dont want to be the cause of any injuries!!
