I for one would like to delve into this question a bit more, and to do so, I have some questions.
* Do you know if the foreskin has (completely) detached from the Glans. You can probably determine this if there is enough "wiggle room" under the foreskin to move it back and forth slightly over the glans.
* "What shape is your foreskin in"? What I mean by this is what does it look like? Does it have a straw-like extension out in front, or, is the opening just not large enough to go over the glans?
If you have an extension out in front, then you can have it widened. Brandye, our resident M.D., recommends talking to your doctor about having it nicked with a scalpel. This is a minor procedure over in a few seconds--not a circumcision!
Depending upon the style of foreskin you have, and, if it has not fully detached, you might be able to free it over time by working with it; however, if as you say, you have not seen your glans, then you probably cannot get a finger inside to do this.
If it has detached as should be the case most often in boys your age, then you might try stretching the opening in order to enlarge it. This will take several weeks or months depending and is probably only worthwhile if you do not have the narrow frontal extension.
Let Brandye provide additional information, although, I would plan on visiting your doctor and discussing what to do, one being that little cut that will widen the opening.
