In the Twisted variation of the Butterfly position, the woman lays on her side while the man remains in his standard butterfly pose. Offering twisted entry penetration, it offers a much different sensation to the more traditional front / rear entry positions, and it makes it much easier for men to target a woman's anterior or posterior fornix. Pillows under his knees or her hip can help resolve any height issues. We recommend for men to experiment with the angle of their stroke to find what feels best, and to try having the woman face left and right to see if there is any difference from his penile curvature.
