In the Aerial variation of Her Oral Waterfall, the woman is lifted into a bridge position with her legs resting on the man's shoulders. Although much more comfortable for men, women will likely find it difficult to hold the posture for extended periods... so make sure to have some pillows in her drop zone to soften the blow of an unscheduled dismount. If she finds it too tough to maintain, we recommend placing a seat with some pillows on it between the man's legs for her to rest her upper body on.
