The Jolie comes equipped with a good quality Japanese motor and all of their products are produced to meet ISO standards.

The material is high quality ABS plastic that's non-porous and free of phthalates. The dial is made of a velvety material and is grooved for easy grip during soapy shower play. I'd compare the volume to that of an electric toothbrush. When you use it in the shower, on the other hand, the noise will get a bit drowned out.

The Jolie is so easy to clean because it's waterproof. Rinse the toy with unscented soap and warm water; alternatively, use an anti bacterial toy cleaner. Make sure you let it fully air dry before putting it away to be stored. If you're in a rush, you can dry it with a clean lint free towel.

It's also difficult for the Jolie to accidentally get turned on if you leave the batteries in it – big bonus. The only real downsides are that it's a bit loud and only has one power level to choose from.
