What makes someone "sexy"?

Okay, here's my question for your consideration and feedback. Besides the obvious physical assets, what are the more intangible qualities that give someone sex appeal? For instance, I can think of some celebrities who exude sex appeal but are really quite average looking when you stop to think about it. So what is it exactly that makes a woman (or man) attractive?

I'll suggest the following to get things rolling:

• self confidence
• friendly, down-to-earth
• a hint of mystery
• intelligence and wit
• take risks, live life wholeheartedly
• great eye contact
