From what I understood, you wrote that his penis seems more red than usual. You also mention soreness, do you mean the skin? Abrasion perhaps? Either way that is another reason to wait a bit longer before him using it so much or it can get worse (if there is indeed a problem there). OR just use more lube. I don't know if you are already taking these precautions or not, but if you are I'm sorry for repeating.
The point I was making in my previous post was that, the desire never diminishes but cumming with great frequency loses its pleasure a bit and will take longer to achieve. For all I know it has nothing to do with what I wrote.
