What birth control are you on and would you recommend it?

Simple question. What are you currently using, how long have you been on it, and would you recommend it to a friend?

I've been on the pill since I was 19 and I'm starting to wonder if there's something better out there. Not looking for medical advice, just real experiences from real people. The clinical info is easy to find but the day-to-day reality is harder to come by.
