My first attempt to reply got locked in moderation jail for linking to a review site, but to reiterate everything else I tried to say:

"Best" is very subjective; cocnut oil is great anal lube but can easily disturb the vaginal microflora and lead to yeast infection. If you use condoms then you don't want oil based lube since it weakens the condom.

Also "all natural" probably isn't the best barometer for what isn't going to irritate sensitive bits. Glycerin and other sugar compounds occur naturally but they feed the microbes that cause yeast infections. Meanwhile most silicone compounds in lube are as natural as a $3 bill, but the molecules are too big to get through your membranes and don't react with your body chemicals.
