OP: I wish a certain kind of sex club existed

My wife and I have exhibitionist fantasies, but we also are not interested in going to a sex club or swingers party. These are both too extreme for us, and the type of exhibition we enjoy is "we might get caught" not "a room full of strangers is watching us have sex."

My fantasy would be for someone to open a "PG-13" sex club to appeal to all these in-betweeners. It would still have to be a sex club, where all of the staff were aware of what was going on and be prepared to deal with potentially difficult customers. The club would have a bar, dance floor, dining tables (with long tablecloths), a photo booth, parking garage underground, a changing room with lockers and showers (stalls and communal), an elevator, multi stall bathrooms with lockable doors, an enclosed alley and several lockable "private" rooms.

The rules are simple: nudity is not allowed in public places. If you catch someone naked or having sex, walk away. If you're caught, stop and cover up. All rooms have a light indicating "Do not disturb" (or if someone wants to get "caught" maybe a "please disturb" light), including the elevator, alley and each of the bathrooms and private rooms. No pictures at all (to be on the safe side). But everyone has the understanding that everyone else is there to fulfill some kind of exhibitionist thrill in a "normal" setting. You can grind and grope on the dance floor, maybe even having standing clothed sex if you're sneaky about it. Go down on your partner under the table or in the elevator or the alleyway. Have sex on the bathroom counter with the door unlocked, or in a shower stall or karaoke room. Dirty talk a the bar, roleplaying a one night stand or sex worker.

I know people are difficult and someone would ruin it for everyone, but I'd love to have a safe space for "dangerous" semi-public sex where no strangers are subjected to anything and the consequences are minimal.
