OP: Pill timing in a different time zone

I was wondering...
I take my bc pill at 12 am every night. In 2 weeks I will be traveling to a place that is 10 hours ahead from what my usual time is. I will also be going there while taking blank (no hormone) pills, and coming back then I'm on blanks again. How should I go about figuring out what time to take the active pills for the time I am in the different time zone?

Fury,

The ideal is to continue to take the pills at the same time, home time, every day. Sweetness idea for a watch alarm is a good one. And it would be about ten a.m., local time.

You could, because you are on placebo, simply substract a half day to start the first active pill.

CAUTION: Make certain you are on a system that uses placebo for the different color pills. Some have a different hormone mix and then you should stay on your home time.

Thanks, I'll do that then. The pills I take are constant level of hormones. And I'm on 21 pill regiment, where I just do not take anything for a week. Thanks!
