It's been a long time since I had an 'operational' fleshlight... the sleeve I had was one of the super-ribbed ones... and it took a lot longer to clean then it did to use. Since I haven't tried them all, I can only speculate, so take the following with some salt... I would assume the original sleeve and the ultra tight are going to be the closest to the natural feeling, since a woman doesn't really have a ton of ribbing inside her... I would likely recommend the original to anyone getting their first - just because you want to be able to use it for more than 1-2 minutes...
