Eat every little blue pill in the maze to clear the level while your four exes hunt you through the corridors. Eat a BIG pill and the chase flips: they turn pale and run, and catching them pays a doubling chain. You start with 3 lives.

Keyboard

Arrow keys (or WASD) turn - presses buffer, so you can queue the next corner early. P pauses, M toggles sound.

Touch

Use the D-pad in the corner to turn; presses buffer until the next corner. The arrows button swaps which side it sits on.

Worth knowing

Each ex has a personality: the clingy one comes straight at you, the crazy one ambushes where you're headed, the hot-and-cold one flanks from odd angles, and the drunk one mostly wanders. The side tunnel wraps and slows them down but not you. Fruit visits the middle twice a level, and every level is faster with a shorter big-pill panic.
