Bull

A close cousin of the Cradle position, the Bull family varies in that the man sits upright, so his movement is restricted mainly to rolling his hips. Offering a wide range of variety in the woman's position, make sure to explore them all to see which angles feel best. If the man is finding the position difficult to hold, we recommend that you try the position with him leaning against a wall, couch, or ottoman to take some of the load off.

Position Variations

Bull Bull Sex Position In the standard variation of the Bull position, the man sits upright with his legs apart while the woman lies between them with her legs up over the his shoulders. While comfortable, this position does not afford much mobility for either partner, so most of the movement comes from rolling the hips. That said, if you happen to have a headboard with posts, the woman might be able to use those to generate some lateral movement... or alternatively a small (mechanic's) creeper could put her on wheels. You may also find it a little easier to increase the range from the hip movement with some pillows under either, or both, partner's rears. Crabby Bull Crabby Bull Sex Position The Crabby variation of the Bull has the woman elevated by her arms, in a supported crab position. Although a lot more straining on a woman's upper body, it offers much better mobility than the standard variation, and consequently much more variety in movement. However, the man's mobility is still very limited, though he will be able to use his arms to assist the woman in making the most of hers. Bulldog Bulldog Sex Position Half bull, half doggy, the Bulldog variation of the Bull position has the woman take on a doggy-style posture. Offering woman a wide range of motion with a lot less load on the legs, most should find it a comfortable and pleasurable alternative to some of the more demanding / less mobile positions in this family. Men will likely appreciate having less weight resting on them, though this benefit comes at the expense of having less access to her breasts... though it does provide a great view of her rear. Downward Bull Downward Bull Sex Position In the Downward variation of the Bull position, the man sits on a low platform and raises the woman's hips to his level while her shoulders remain resting on the floor. It offers men a lot more mobility than found in most of the rest of the Bull family, which can be improved further by planting his hands to lift his rear of the seat. It's great for targeting her g-spot, though it can be a little tough on her neck, so make sure to throw some pillows on the floor for her to rest her head and shoulders on. Folded Bull Folded Bull Sex Position In the Folded variation of the Bull, the woman rests her legs over the man's shoulders. A very tough posture to hold for the man, we recommend trying it against a couch or bed to offer him some (likely needed) back support. For the less athletic, movement will be mostly limited to the woman rolling her hips... however those that frequent the gym, or have the benefit of a petite female, should be able to generate some penetrative distance by having the woman push off against the man's thighs while he raises her from below. Kneeling Bull 180 Kneeling Bull 180 Sex Position The180 variation of the Kneeling Bull offers the most comfort and some of the best mobility in this sex position family. The woman simply kneels in between her sitting partner's legs while facing away from him. She can use both her legs and arms to generate movement, while the man can help by lifting her by her waist. From the man's perspective, although he loses the view of her breasts, he does get great access to play with them, and can use her very stable positioning to assist him in maintaining the sitting posture this family is known for. Planted Bull Planted Bull Sex Position The Planted variation of the Bull brings the woman's feet to the floor, offering a lot more mobility than the standard variation. However, that mobility can take a little getting used to, as women need to push off with their legs and pull back using the man's thighs. If you find this movement isn't for you, you can always stick to rolling the hips, or just enjoy using it as a rest stop... and either way, we recommends experimenting with some pillows under your rears. Pressed Bull Pressed Bull Sex Position In the Pressed variation of the Bull position, the woman plants her feet on the man's chest. This positioning provides her with much better leverage for generating some movement, though pushing off against the man's chest can make it more difficult for him to maintain an upright posture without having something behind his back to lean against. If no back support is available, you may prefer the Cradle version of this position - where the man reclines and plants his hands. Sitting Bull Sitting Bull Sex Position In the Sitting variation of the Bull, the women sits on top of her partner while facing him. Although it offers more comfort than the Squatting variation for women, this benefit comes at the expense of mobility. We found it to work best with the woman leaning back a little, using a combination of her legs and arms to generate some penetration distance. Men will likely find the upright posture to be a little difficult to hold for extended periods, so we recommend using the corner of a bed or couch for him to lean against. Squatting Bull Squatting Bull Sex Position In the Squatting variation of the Bull, the woman mounts her partner from above while facing towards him. Offering a wide stance and more support, most woman should find this position to be significantly more comfortable than the 180 variation, and be able to hold the squatting posture much longer. Men will likely find it easier to provide a little assistance with the lifting, and those who love breasts will likely appreciate the close-up view. Squatting Bull 180 Squatting Bull 180 Sex Position The 180 variation of the Squatting Bull position offers some of the best mobility in the family, though you may need to have the man lean against something to reduce abdominal strain, as well as to prevent him from falling backwards. With the limited movement range for men, the majority of the movement needs to be generated by the woman, though men can assist with their arms by placing their hands on her hips. Women should combine using their legs and arms to generate lift, as using the legs alone while squatting can be incredibly taxing on the leg muscles.

Breezing through these the past couple of weeks and over looked this one. I like most close contact positions where we are facing each other. We have done this one several times, although you should be in good shape. I'm a serious swimmer and my bf is in good shape, also a good swimmer. When we get her legs up in the air, sometimes I penetrate too deeply. This position controls it (you can only get about 5" in from our experience). Also great for hitting the g-spot and rubbing the tip of the head.
