One of the easiest members of the Bumpers family, the Planted variation places the woman's feet on the ground. Offering better leverage to utilize the legs for movement, we recommend it as a candidate for being the best starting point in this group. If you are amongst those that find the downward angle to be too uncomfortable, some cushions under both partners' backs might help reduce the strain enough to make it more feasible.
