In the Twisted variation of the Butterfly position, the woman lays on her side while the man remains in his standard butterfly pose. Offering twisted entry penetration, it offers a much different sensation to the more traditional front / rear entry positions, and it makes it much easier for men to target a woman's anterior or posterior fornix. Pillows under his knees or her hip can help resolve any height issues.
