The Supported variation of the Wheelbarrow is a great way to experience the full altitude of this sex position family without anywhere near as much effort, and with a lot less danger. However, it being safer assumes you are using a very stable platform for support... things that rock, slide, or roll could be substantially more dangerous. The support also offers a great way to build up to the standard variation, just choose a shorter support platform as you go until you're ready for the real deal.
