Once you master the other forms of Hanger, you'll be ready to try out all of the Mixed variations! Potentially much more challenging to balance, additional caution is advised to avoid injury. We recommend exploring the range of options by using the variation you feel most comfortable in as a starting point, and spreading outward from there. With the high difficulty rating of this family, combining a Tilt + Wrap might not be the best starting point for most people, and feel free to post any interesting experiences in the comments below!
