In the Lazy variation of the Hanger, the woman's legs hang loosely around the man's hips. This tends to have a counter-balancing effect for women, though it can be a little trickier for men to keep a good grip. We recommend for the man to bend his knees as much as he can comfortably, so that the woman can rest as much of her lower body weight on the man's thighs, and reduce the strain on his upper body.
